Welcome to GymnasticStrong! As a physical therapist and longtime owner of Sk8Strong, I am so excited to venture into the world of strength and conditioning for gymnasts. Sk8Strong off-ice training for figure skaters has become a world reknown strength and conditioning program used in over 40 countries, and GymansticStrong will have all the tools to reach that level. Although this website is in its early stages, it will continue to grow with new articles, strength and conditiioning advice, and of course, our DVD training program for all ages of gymnasts. Our DVDs will be available in the spring of 2013, and will be available for discounted pre-order in the next few months.
